Arcadia Structura provides documentation, proposal writing, and proposal-system build-out services to B2B organizations. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by individual engagement agreements (Statements of Work) signed between Arcadia Structura and the client.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with or disrupt the site, use automated tools to scrape content beyond what robots.txt permits, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

3. Intellectual Property

All site content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Arcadia Structura or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Client deliverables produced under a signed Statement of Work are governed by that agreement, not these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcadia Structura is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.
